Liberty Village, Manhattan Beach

I represented a young family who wanted great public schools and a street where kids actually play outside. We found it in Liberty Village, steps from Polliwog Park, and closed under asking.

Polliwog is the largest park in the South Bay: eighteen-plus acres of lake, playgrounds, an amphitheater with summer concerts, and a community botanical garden, and having it a short walk from the door is a big part of why these blocks stay in demand. Four bedrooms, every one with its own bath, and room to grow into.
